A Case of Well Differentiated Liposarcoma of Spermatic Cord

|
Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is very rare and preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Well differentiated liposarcoma is in general less aggressive than other type of liposarcoma and seldom metastasized. Radical orchiectomy with wide local
excision
appear to be adequate treatment modality and offer better prognosis. We report a case of well differentiated liposarcoma in 51-year-old male with brief review of the literatures.
